Tooling:
When we design and engineer tools we maximize die performance for part accuracy, cycle times and tool life often exceeding customer expectations. Using computerized mold fill simulation software, we can anticipate and determine proper gate locations before the mold is designed. This analysis allows us the determine potential part warpage, weld lines, and air traps.
