Tooling:

When we design we maximize die performance for part accuracy, cycle times and tool life often exceeding customer expectations.   Using mold fill simulation software, we can anticipate and determine proper die alignment before the mold is designed.  This analysis allows us the determine potential part warpage and eliminate air traps.  This technology enables us to shorten  the debugging phase of mold validation which translates into a "fast to market" production approach.
